10th Brewery Anniversary

On 14th June 2025, we celebrated 10 years since brewing the first batch of Jílovice beer at the brewery. You could see a horseshoe toss, a performance by the Český Krumlov Falconry Centre. As every year, we did beer yoga exercises to have the strength for the highlight of the evening, where we competed in a beer relay. Mr. Wünsch, the owner and head brewer of the brewery, prepared a batch of "Jílovice Garnet". This is a completely new 12-degree beer with a garnet colour, full flavour, and balanced bitterness.
